  We are actually dissatisfied about ur service and products that u are selling.We accept that there can be defects in products.But is it possible to have defects in three products.Its ur resposibility to sell defectless products and supply a good service.It isnt our fault.How can a product being damaged without using it.U have a responsibility to exchange the product to another if there is defect and complaint by the customer without telling that it is customers' fault.And sell good products to the customers.Ur stocks are out of date.Learn how to satisfy customers if not u will be looser at the end and now ur are already .I havent never experienced such a unpleasant situation in my life so far.people who think to go this shop be aware of these conditions.
