  NO STARS.Poor housekeeping,lack of cleanliness disgustingly unprofessional service from the management GM and owner of the hotel.
  Here goes.
  1) we discovered A LOT of dirt and grime bedside the bed. Enough to merit a sweep and a mop!
  2)Our sheets we're filthy by that I mean it looked like Homer Simpson had been sleeping in there whilst drooling on the pillows.
  3) There was 2 filthy used pieces of soap in our washroom it actually looked like a builder had washed his hands!
  4) The sink was unwashed it too looked a bit like the soap grubby to say the least. Bathroom Mirror same thing.
  5) We then found out the wifi wasn't working
  6) The TV wasn't working either. Both are supplied by dialog Dialog was down????
  7)There was no hot water.
  
  We went and spoke to the DM I explained I couldn't sleep knowing how dirty the room is and asked if they could resolve the problem.
  
  8) DM sends a team member to clean our room then asks my partner to STAY AND WATCH THE CLEANER CLEAN THE ROOM????? Which is unheard of and HIS job!! My partner watched them sweep the floor but not well and not mop!!! We got sheets both still look soiled or stained really but at least better and cleaner its just one night I told myself.
  
  My partner was promised by the ultra TIRED DM that he would get a discount on the room rate because of the tech issues. I asked if your all so tired and have no facilities why did you accept us?
  
  I asked my other half shall we just go somewhere else?? But as we had had the room sorted, slightly we decided we'd just give it a chance, they are trying we thought and they have literally just changed things.
  
  9) My partner asked if we could have dinner there or a beer and the DM said NO its not possible. Then after partner has cool showered and goes downstairs he sees other guests eating and drinking. The same DM then says it will be fine.?!
  
  We thought great a beer and food is needed without having to go elsewhere would be nice. We ask the DM for a reccomendation and he says " our curry is the best thing!"
  
  10) It arrives. I take a generous spoonful and discover its stone cold rice, stone cold dahl, stone cold curried fish stone cold potatoes, and stone cold aubergine!!!
  
  This is weird I think, is it all supposed to be Cold like out of the fridge?? Am I being an ignorant traveller?? Let me ask.
  11)Our DM's response was the best I've ever heard he tells my partner its been made especially for us and because its a hot climate we serve cold food. It was cooked then
  left to cool for 15 minutes! I understand tepid curry but it was ice cold.
  
  I ask chef can I speak to the owner, a lady who has walked past the and previously spoken to my partner whilst I was talking to the DM.
  
  12) The Chef gets a man and brings him to me like I wouldn't know owners female. My boyf has to ask again and fake owner keeps trying to stall us.The owner finally comes out I explain EVERYTHING thats happened with DM etc, she laughs nervously, she cant explain WHY the food is ice cold? She "says" she's sorry. Then her husband and fake her come out and start to laugh at my partner and at the situation like its all some kind of acceptable joke. The men were actually all really arrogant rude chancer types. They all leave and we hear them yelling at our waiter, who was the only good thing about the stay and the only one we could see doing any work.
  
  In the morning nobody is there at reception to check us out although we informed them, we have a bus to catch early. The gardner is up we ask for manager. I look out the gate for a tuk tuk. The gardner closes the gate says nobodies allowed 2 leave till 8am! Owner comes we say we don't want to pay full rate as discussed no wifi no tv no hot water and the food was cold she says yes then her 2 cronnies come out and she changes her mind! We only won't charge service! It turns into an argument but we just pay as we don't have time to argue we need to go. So we leave to go and find the gardener has wire wrapped the gate closed. They were clearly worried about one thing themselves and getting paid.
  DO NOT STAY THERE.

  Air conditioned and non air conditioned rooms and marvelous wedding hall. Calm place. Delicious foods.
