Great little place. Basic Sri Lankan good on a buffet. Very nice owner who has the longest hair in the country. Food is nice, as the atmosphere. Place is cool in the heat of lunch time.

After a long ride we stopped at Athula Restaurant to have lunch, I read good reviews, and some that are critical. My personal opinion: I like this simple restaurant, great price for value and tasty curry recipes. Thanks Athula and keep up your delicious cooking!

It is quiet little place With an amazing ever smiling host and home cook sandhya ,who blends food to your taste and has a good knowledge for all dishes. Had authentic srilankan curry rice and fish and it was oh so tasty ..A must visit ..

Surprised about the ratings of this place.. Very average curries for 700 R. Though they do attempt to keep the curries warm, and nice to have a little fruit as dessert, but nothing special.

Go there to get real traditional Sri Lankan food!!! It's a all you can eat buffet including fruits as desert. The owner are super nice and so proud of their home made stuff. They even drive us home for free! It's busy at lunch time - call them to let them set the place for your dinner.
