I have send all details for my upcoming per email and the owner promised to make the booking.
Unfortunately extremely unreliable and no feedback and NO BOOKING after several emails, messages and phone calls.
Finally I had to postpone my trip without that the owner even got back to me.
That was definitely my last dealing with this travel agent!
