The traffic sargent named Mr.Victor (26879) and the other officer (36393) with him on the bike BAT-5470 had my motobike stoped today (2017/12/07) for no reason and the officer victor kept me for more than 2h questioning about my insurance cover note which is clearly a computer generated document.How ever the officer did not give my license until i go to my insurance company in awissawella and get the certificate of insurance.Im very dissaponted about this traffic patrol becouse this officers wasted 4-5h of my day for the lack of their education in english and in insurance covernote. .!.
