Really a nice place. But some bugs are there

We had a very bad experience in this homestay.
Those are the reasons:
1. the owner takes advantage of the isolated area to charge the double water and any extra
2. We ate there and I get food poisoned for the first time after 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. The food was not good and we have been served inside a small kitchen
3. I was very sick because of food and I asked to stay on the bed 30 min more before leaving. The owner kicked us out quite impolitely.
4. Two girls arrived after us and they have been charged much more than us for the same safari.response / report this review -

Tourist TRAP - stay away!
Accomodation is very Basic. No fresh water.
Internet only on request.
Food is 3-5 price and rather average.
New owner does not have it together so better stay AWAY!response / report this review -

Nice and clean place. Nice staff. Room prices are very reasonable. Every body should try this place at Wilpattu.
