Too crowded. Service staff is not sufficient and delivering of services are also not good enough. Maintenance of swimming pools are really bad. Several guests got injured due to sharp eggers. If these were changed it would have been a nice place for get togathers, sport events, day outings.

Good venue as a weekend gateway or as a place for office outdoor events and team building sessions. There's a natural pool and enough space for relaxing, playing games and plan different team events. Okay food and friendly staff. Nothing to complain about the rooms too.

Staff and management need imrove them selves in hotel management.

Good place for a weekend getaway with friends, not so much as family. There is a swimming pool and a game room, which I totally did not expect to have in medium scale hotel. There is a natural pool as well in one of the corners of the hotel. Do not miss visiting it if you stay here. Affordable, Food is not bad and the rooms we stayed are comfy.

Service is nil. Management is stubborn not helpful at all. Swimming pool is not maintained well & water tastes sour. Natural pool is ok. Food is OK. Location is not maintained properly & not worth to the money we spend. Probably the worst place I have ever been & not recommend to anyone!!! (beware website misleading). P/S : No card payments! Cash payments only!

Ok,
But do not plan your day out with what they showcase about their place in the website.
Children Play area is nothing there like they mention in the website.
Poor maintenance of children pool.After we reached the place and we requested to clean it.
Food is good, the 3 stars given by me is for the good food.
There was a natural pool that is fine but there are no any boat riding facilities as they mention in the website.
overall that place is fine for the price with what they offer but do not plan more and expect more from this place.

This is probably the worst place I have been to. They provide a pathetic service, and the place doesn't have most of the activities they have showcased in their website. Don't waste your valuable time and money by going to this place. Not recommended at all.
