They have good customer service, they have the things you need. The second you walk in your talking to a staff member. But the thing is they are limited to one brand only. Which is very frustrating because say you wanted to buy a hard drive, but you are limited to hikvision. Which is not only cheap but poor quality. The 2.5 inch sata ssds are also cheap but also dramless, which reduces its overall speed, reliability and lifespan. If they could get their hands on other products their business will be booming.
