So I went to see Eternals last week. That was my second first visit actually. (First one was a Sinhala movie in 3D, the worst 3D experience yet). Last week trumped my worst movie experience btw.
Since there were issues with online booking for Vista lite, I called them and asked about the availability. This is post pandemic times here and there are strict rules applied for theatres. Ofcourse they mention them before the movies but it just doesn't seems to apply, so Sri Lanka tho.
Should say the tickets are somewhat cheap ig compared most, but that probably is the only good thing.
Capacity - I think at least 75% was full. Way more than I expected and supposed to be in these times. And most were mask off and chewing chips throughout 😅
Seats - are very small and less room, not to mention if you're between two built guys that's a nightmare.
Sounds - Nothing fancy also doesn't tolerate higher frequencies (it was bad)
Well, I really can't recommend this, I went knowingly because this was the closest showing Eternals, my bad.

Very good film hall. Sounds are awesome and very spacious. But the seats are a bit worn out. But other than that the film hall gives you a great experience for watching movies

Small but good theater. Sounds control is not optimized. Seating facility are good. As like seat s are available better to book online before you go. Prices are very reasonable . This located at the Jaela K zone premises so enough parking space is there . Overall it good place to have some entertainment .

A basic cinema experience. It's pretty small so remember to book your seats early. The air-conditioning is not too cold either,so don't worry much about wearing warm clothing. Rows G to F offer the most optimal viewing conditions.

Great picture and audio quality for the price. Highly comfortable seats. There is a small canteen where you can snacks and beverages for prices slightly higher than MRP not like the other high prices theatres and if you need can take food from the outside. You can park your vehicle in the K-Zone car park for free. And also remember the screen is not that large since it is a mini theatre.

Average place for a quick visit. Btw don't book right side because you can hear the outside noise probably in weekends. I will recommend because of the low ticket price comparing to savoy

Picture and audio quality is great in this theater. Large wide screen provides quality pictures and surround sound system also produce great audio quality. As per my experience this is the best quality cinema in Ja Ela area. Ticket pricing is also reasonable. Still haven't watched a 3D movies.

Small to medium sized hall but sound and video quality is good. Seats are comfortable enough and there are box seats also. Casual price and there is a small store outside to buy some snacks and drinks. Different movies at different times and details can be checked online. Only one hall.

Had a great experience! 3D video and audio qualities are great. Small snack shop is there and price also reasonable but you have to walk certain distance for the washrooms.

Update:
Had a very bad experience today. Theatre's web site doesnt show the exact movie going on at the theatre. You better call the theatre in advance and double check the movie before visit.

Cool Cinema for a better movie experience. Well maintained and friendly Staff. Cant take foods from outside. And They are screening different movies for Show times. That's a good way to attract any type of a film lover within any day.

Mini 3D cinema with limited seating. Sound and Image Quality is good yet Seating is not acceptable. Not enough slant on ground and easily obstructed by person's head in front. Grab a corner seat, all is well.
They deliver all the best latest movies all the time.

The worst place to be. No proper timing to start the movie. People are waiting out side for a the 9pm movie even at 9.40 pm cus they slot a 2 hour and 40 min movie for the 7 a clock slot

One of the worst Film Halls in terms of administration. While appreciating the price which is almost 300 while compared to others charge way more than that . There were three incidents where it was not the same film being shown as the advertisements in web and their own board.

Worst cinema ever. The 3D glasses are scratched, you can barely see the screen. More than 20 people had this issue and were complaining. When you complain they say they have no glasses and will be getting glasses tomorrow. Tomorrow never seems to come for them. Really bad service at the ticket counter as well. Also the shows rarely start on time.

Too Bad there isn't a minus rating. Web says Logan is screening at 9.30pm. went there yesterday with family at 8:45pm to find that there was no such screening despite advertising it. It didn't look like Kong was aired either coz the place was deserted. The show posters are on a black&white printout. BTW, the spellings are incorrect (Beauty & the What????)
Previous experiences - seating elevation and spacing is incorrect (sit about 3 seats from the left wall in the middle rows and your vision is blocked). Projector is too low. when people are coming in the projection gets obscured. Cinema is not cleaned between shows; I remember stepping & also sitting on some popcorn.
The outside light & sound is annoying every time the door opens. Its made worse when the help also flashes the light in your face to look for a vacant seat for the late comers.
Outside Light & sound and foot traffic of late comers is a horrible experience if you decide to sit at the back, left side(the partitioned area).

Decent size screen. Exellent surround sound system. Pretty comfortable seats but a bit short, meaning you can't rest your head on them. The ticket price is Rs 300 per head, which is like half of what you have to pay for the Big theaters.

Not a big theater but has all the comforts of the Savoys & the MC theaters. The digital projector seems to be state of the art & the pictures are sharp & crystal clear. Saw a 2D movie so none of those dark blurry stuff of the 3D movies.

In short a pretty good alternative for folks around Ja-ela, Ragama, Wattala & even Kiribathgoda to see the latest movies for less than half the price & get almost the same state of the art movie experience, without going to the Colombo
