They ask me to site and wait, without asking what i'm looking for. I have been wait there more than 15 minites. when leaving the shop Owner and the sales persons following and asking to wait.
They try to show their were so busy, they do not have an intention to sell the products. Worst customer care.response / report this review -

Love this place and the collection they have Recently they have opened a new store downstairs specifically for jewelleries, handbags and other accessories. Nice collection and reasonable prices The place would be more attractive with improved customer service Staff's attitude seems to be not so good

The place is rather small but contains all kinds of beauty products, inclusive of a variety of brands and selections. It’s like mini beauty heaven. The items are considerably cheap, it’s almost too good to be true! The staff are very polite and friendly, guiding you through your every need, meanwhile providing suggestions. They accept both cash and card payments and ensure you get all the items you’ve requested. The only downside is the limited parking space.

Unfriendly staff. Very poor service and does not have any branded products. Check for expiry dates. Usually they never have what you look for but a similar unknown brands. I dont recommend this shop. There are similar shops near by.

Not bad for a fancy item /salon supplies store. Parking is a hassle. The availability of some items not found elsewhere is a major plus point. Better if the staff was a bit more friendly.

An overrated place with higher price tags for everything.
Never trust visakamals wigs. Got one for Rs.20,000. But its color faded just after 2 months. Had to put up a huge fight to get a replacement.response / report this review -

It has so many products for ladies I guess. Went with my mother for buying her a Mascara. Staff was very friendly. There are a very limited parking space. But I recommend to park your vehicle under the Nugegoda flyover which would cost Rs. 30 per hour or the car park opposite to the Visakamals itself, which would cost Rs. 50. By the way, parking under Nugegoda flyover would not be an option in the busy hours as most of the time you could not find a slot.

Good collection of cosmatics for Gents and ladies available here. Dont ever go to the customer washroom. Poorly maintained customer toilets.
