National school in Thawalama. Located in very nice place, some buildings are on top of mountains. Very large play ground is on entrance. Very good and nice landscape.

Awesome place to study up to grade 11. But student have lack of exposure to English society. A/L science section is not properly facilitated, School is good for students who are doing A/L's in Art, Commerce streams.
One thing i love in this school is the surrounding and where it's located. Main buildings are located at the top of hill area and it's surrounded by class rooms.
Most of the students are following Buddhism and few students are catholic. Other religion students are hard to find in this area except few Tamil students who are following Hindu.
Canteen sucks,nothing to eat in there.
