  Its a main railway station in Kandy and North railway track. Very busy in office train time.
  Easy access from the main road and situated infront of the bus stand.
  Sanitary service are extremely bad.
  There are few chairs and a Television
  You can easily catch a train to Colombo from this station

  A busy railway station with fair amount of facilities. From food to sanitary, all unacceptable. Over the years I saw little improvements to the structure but it's hard to notice anything improved. There is a large parking area close to the station and it's free. Easy access to the main bus station also.

  A main railway stayion in the mainline.
  Rail and bus connectivity is superb.
  You may confuse when get a ticket due to few ticket counters are there and you have to use them without know the related one. (as per the board). Two ticketing places at bus stand side (main one) and 1st platform side (bo tree side)
  Train booking facility is available now.
  Seating capacity is not enough for the peak hours.

  Veyangoda railway station is a memorable place for me. I never forget this place. And also this railway station is maintain well and have a nice look. This place is situated on middle of the veyangoda town. Veyangoda bus stand is also situated in front of this station. And parking is also there.

  One of busiest railway station. All most all the trains stops here except intercity express trains. Most of the people live in this area use the trains to goto Colombo. Staff is on site and quite good service . Station is maintained well and clean.

  One of a most crowded and important railway station in man line. It has long flatforms. There are 4 flatforms. Large no of trains stop daily expecting intercity trains.

  It is an important railway station in the mainline. Almost every up and down bound train stop here, except intercity express trains. It is a comparatively large station. Parcel transport service is offered here. The place is busy throughout the day.
