  The Service provided was very good and the vehicle's were excellent. The Driver's were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use them on my next trip.

  This company delivers exactly what it says it will. I cannot praise them highly enough. The driver spoke really good English and was very knowledgeable. He was also very helpful and polite. He couldn't do enough for us. The prices charged are very competitive as well. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants to hire a driver and vehicle for their visit to Sri Lanka.

  We used Visit Lanka Tours for three trips across Sri Lanka, airport to hotel, hotel to hotel and hotel to airport. They did exactly what they said they would when they said that they would do it and for the price quoted.
  The cars are very clean and appear to be well maintained (not always the case in Sri Lanka) we had two drivers over the three trips both a credit to the company.
  I e-mailed Tiron a number of times as I wasn't sure that the trip would go to plan he responded quickly each time nothing appeared to be a problem.
  Would have confidence using this company again, excellent.

  Brilliant experience!! We just got back from Sri Lanka a few weeks ago. Our driver was prompt, collected us from the airport on time. He was always there way before we wanted to leave and stayed till we told him we we're done for the day. Always gave us ideas of places to visit along the way, suggested hotels based on our previous choices.
  
  The WiFi wasn't always working in the van, sometimes because of the areas we were in, but other times it just didnt work. But when it did work, it was perfect. The van was huge spacious and comfortable which made our stay even more pleasant. The driver was caring, looked after us and our luggage with utmost respect.
  
  I admittedly was hesitant as I hadn't heard about this company until I was looking online but after having been their customer, I would definitely always return to them if I go back to Sri Lanka again.
  
  Lastly, their prices are DEFINITELY fair! I knew the previous company I was going to book with was trying to take advantage of the fact we we're foreign but Visit In Lanka did not. They gave a fair quote and were extremely flexible.

  Fantastic tour around Sri Lanka. Our driver Anu was amazing. He was very professional and treated us like his family. He showed us all these places we would have missed going by ourselves and we had such a fun time! The car was always very clean, super comfortable and we always felt safe with him driving us around especially on the crazy Sri Lankan roads!
  A great service, fantastic driver and very easy to deal with company!
  Highly recommended!

  Excellent and efficient tour company for Sri Lanka. Mr Nalaka was an excellent driver and very attentive. He was a safe and careful driver, took us where we want to and when needed offered advice and guidance without being in anyway pushy. A credit to your company.
  
  We will definitely recommend Visit in Lanka tours to our friends and family and use their services next time. Rates were also the best we found by a mile

  I was extremely pleased with Visit in Lanka service. Tiron was extremely helpful in personalizing the trip. The cars provided were top notch and comfortable. All 3 drivers were courteous, punctual and well versed in English. Mr. Kingsley, our main tour driver helped us in local sight seeing, exploring local restaurants and arranging jeeps and tickets to national parks. He also helped us with shopping in Colombo. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and the hospitality showcased by the whole team. Would definitely recommend.

  Cannot recommend this company highly enough. The experience for me and four friends was seamless from start to finish and the price was by far the best quote from about 15 different tour operators that I looked into. Our driver, Anu, was brilliant. He became a key part of our group and was a great help to us on our trip to Sri Lanka. Would definitely use Visit in Lanka again should I visit Sri Lanka in the future, which I hope to.

  Worst driver I have ever experienced. Booked 8 days reduced to 5 due to terrible and dangerous driving habits. Passing on blind corners, dangerous passing manoeuvres, lack of care and consideration and safety of the passengers and the travel experience. Ruined the trip for us. Complained many times when driving dangerously, and Tried to discuss the situation with the driver at the end. He got abusive and was yelling and screaming at me and my wife. I spoke to the manager and he was very professional and apologised for the bad experience. Offered another driver but the Damage was already done. I will say at this point that the driving habits in general in this country are very bad but typically Asia. We are well travelled and driven in over 10 countries Around the world.. So we were completely ready for this scenario, however the driver was extreme even for Asia and this I took exception to for the safety of. My wife and myself. The driver was also always on the take trying to get commission every where we went, hotels, shops etc etc.. This we already knew about as this is also a typical of Asia and most countries to a point, so we deliberately avoided situations that kickbacks were possible.. However there were times that we couldn't avoid it and this became an issue with the kind of experience and places we wanted to go as it would ultimately cost us in some way.. This I take exception to as the whole thing becomes all about what they can get out of it and nothing about the customeron the plus side not that there were many. The driver was courteous up until the end, helpful as long as he was benefiting, good English and reasonable knowledge of most things.. On a final note anyone that is a nervous passenger or value minimal stress levels whilst on holiday (because that is the whole point of holidays) this is not the country for you if you want a driver, Tirone is the manager and I'm sure he has other drivers that are better, just avoid the ex cop. Enough said

  My sisters and I visited Sri Lanka for the first time in September 2017. Visit in Lanka Tours, have made our stay in Sri Lanka a memorable and enjoyable one.   Our trip in Sri Lanka was amazing and we really enjoyed this country thanks also to Mr. Tiron who helped us organizing all the transfers! Our fantastic driver Indika was a real travel mate and made us discovered many places/taste delicious local food and enjoy our holiday. He was always on time, nice, available to meet all our requests and very gentle and kind. We strongly recommend Visit in Lanka tours, Mr. Tyson and Mr. Indika!! They will make your trip amazing!
