Went to their eye care center to get a new pair of spectacles for my mother. Her old glasses were physically damaged. The person who checks eye sight and recommend suitable lense made a mistake and gave wrong lense. We went back and informed them about the issue and their technician told us my mother is using spectacles incorrectly. My mother is using spectacles for more than a decade without any issue and previous glasses never gave any problem. After some convincing they agreed to fix it. But after one week they gave the glasses with same issue. I was very disappointed and never went back. We fixed old glasses and my mother using it without a issue. Do not go to Venus eye care center to buy spectacles.

usually doctor are late, nice clean hospital. if you have appointment 1.00 you can go there 4.00. time wasted.

They successfully wasted more than 4 hours. I had an appointment at 1.30. I called them and asked about details, they told me the doctor is already came, if I will come I can check up quickly. So, I went to the hospital, but doctor arrived at 4.00 pm.Finally Doctor checked me at 7.30pm

Parking limited, most of the time parking blocked by threeweelers. Reception is not professional. Interior maintenance is good enough. Good and quality service by pharmacy.
