  Down Panawla Falls
  
  ancient temple of unagolla where the wellassa rebellion started. There is a rock with a statue of “Rate rala” who arrowed down Sylvester Douglas an agent of the governor of Uva at Unagolla temple. Also by the side of the road there is a monument erected by the English government in memory of their dead counterpart at the location where he fell dead.
