Customer care officer Sumith tarnish all the good quality services offered by almost all the officers there. When call them for a inquiry he put the receiver aside and talk on this mobile to others while the customer waiting until he finishes his nonsense. Even after waiting no apologies at all. This is the 1st time i received a such a low service during my 10 years engagement with Toyota Lanka.
