Cool bar with a chilled vibe and decent food. We've been here a couple of times now. The only downside are their shakes which they massively water down. If you want the best shakes in Sri Lanka go to The Dolphin restaurant at Hikkaduwa beach. The food is also great there too

We came there pretty much 5 minutes before the kitchen was closing to grab a bite but still they were helpful in getting us some food by offering us some fish from the grill. We chose the red snapper which was a great choice, because it was very tasty and easily enough for 2 people. Friendly staff up for a talk, pretty much on the beach and nice cushions to sit on.

Great guest house and great bar! Really nice place to chill during the day with a nice lassi and hot sand on your feet. At night you can enjoy a dinner with delicious fish, some music and fireworks. 5/5!

Nice bar on beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Haven't tried food but you can't go wrong with a curry anywhere.

Wonderful place. Nice staff and vibe. Asked to look at the fresh fish, it all looked beautifully fresh, we went for barracuda cooked on the BBQ. I watched the chef cook it. Absolutely perfect (asked for sauce on the side, did not need it, just lime) Thank you Top Secret, simply delicious, how fresh fish should be.

A pretty well managed beach shack typical of Hikka. Top Secret however did see better years and times.

Typical shack.. Good food and the tight rope just besides the bar is a tonne of fun! Pool and a ping pong table also available along with killer hookah!

You can't really go wrong ordering stuff here. It's just a bit pricy. Heard their rice and curry is amazing, haven't tried it yet.
