  This a tourist trap. You can find shops asking 20-30 USD for Blue topaz, size 20-35 carat. Tiesh is asking 48 USD per carat. Thats more than double.
  
  For blue sapphire, other places ask for 1000 usd, they ask for 2000.
  
  Very thing is about double.
  
  Save ur time and money.
