This place is for people who like simple places to eat simple but excellent food. The restaurant is run by a very nice family. The grandfather goes fishing every morning. The father (called Srimal) is the cook. Don't have standards if you go to this place. It's all about meeting genuine local people making good food.

Overpriced and dirty on a beautiful beach. The dishes are horrible overpriced, theres no light or running water. I was wondering how they could run a "kitchen". I would say ok if the prices where on the same level as there stuff but this is just a tourist scam.

Good fresh whole grilled fish in a tasty curry sauce, 2200rs for two. Friendly chef and good view over the beach, too.
Went back for lunch the next day. The fish roti was delicious and filling, but the price (1200rs) a bit steep given the modest amount of fish.response / report this review -

We sat upstairs from the kitchen, enjoying the sounds of the waves while eating our delicious fresh lobster. They showed us the lobster in the cage in the sea that day.
