Largest textile shop situated at the edge of the Kandy town. There are good parking spaces available around the shop. Good range of men/woman/children garment items available with accessories. In addition they have beauty items, electric items, toys for kids and now mobile phone too There are many floors in this shop that categorize done for each items. Mostly a crowded place. In festival times it is difficult to walk inside the shop. Staff is very helpful. Recommended place to shop coz prices are affordable for many.

The evening we visited this place, it was not that busy as it usually been. We noticed a difference in the sales personnel there were many of them, very observant towards customer behaviour and they had an eye on the customer's interest, followed them in a helpful interest and were concerned to customer satisfaction. Hope they keep it up during during rush moment. The prices are bit expensive comparing to other shopping malls, parking facilities must improve. Overall I'm satisfied.

Teach your security sfaff to speak to customers politely.It was around 8.30 p.m. There were only two vehicles.They asked four times to change the parking slots.First of all ask them to decide the ideal place and let the customer to park.This is not the first time.

However this is my last visit to 'Thilakawardhana' Very poor customer service

There is a lot of clothing in modern fashion. You can make a lot of choices. Consumers get lost because they have too many items. Customer service workers cannot be satisfied with their support. Prices remain reasonable. You can be happy with the parking lot.

Best place to buy textiles as well as electronics in Kandy. There are more than enough parking available at the place (ground floor too).
They have also arranged a vehicle parking nearby dedicated to Thilakawardene customers free of charge. The staff is really helpful and sincere. A very good place with good selections. Products vary from high to moderate quality in parallel to prices.
Altogether the best place in Kandy for textile shopping.

Fair collection of clothing. It's not upstreet yet Worth a try.
I like polyester Tee shirts and I thought they had a good collection of polyester Tee shirts. Also I must mention about the price was unbelievably low. Same Tee shirts I have seen more than double price in many local stores. Quality was very good too.
They have enough parking. There is a second car park also few meters ahead across the street.
Staff was very good. And helpful. Very neatly and cleanly house keeping practices.

Locally made garments are made with poor quality materials and finishing is not great..
Cheapest shopping option in the city..

Quit a good collection of clothes. Not too expensive either. But the staff could improve. I did meet one good salesman at the saree counter. Recommend to check out if you are in Kandy. Great location and good parking.

Best place to buy textiles in Kandy. There are few parking slots (around 10) available for medium sized vehicles. More parking available at the ground floor for smaller cars (not standard/salon cars). It is preferable to park your vehicle at Kandy City Car Park and visit Thilakawardhana via a PickMe taxi (Rs.60-80).

Great and novel experince for Kandy people. So many options,selections and varieties. Comparatively low prices. Vast area for clothes of diffent fashion. Parking is very compact and basement parking is a costly risk as your vehicle can get scratches,dents and also you will have to face a very hilly climb when exiting the parking.
