  Despite having the appearance of a sports bar, the Last Drop is one of the few places in Kandy where you can get a beer other than Lion lager (they do Carlsberg, Lion Stout and cider). Cocktails are average. Food is good, so don't be put off by the plastic menus - the curry is excellent and fresh. Music choices are a little odd (we had Lionel Richie on repeat) but staff are attentive and the beer is cold. Happy Hour offers on Lion lager only.

  Pros: nice establishment, pleasant atmosphere, booth seating, great draft beer (you can order a mug, pitcher, or a tower), friendly and attentive staff
  
  Cons: inconsistent food, no veggie patty in their veggie burgers
  
  This is a great place to have a beer. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The establishment is pleasant, clean, and air-conditioned. However, their food is inconsistent. We have had some amazing vegetable tempura, other times it has been a salty, greasy mess. They should really make a vegetable burger patty for their veggie burgers as well. Stir-fried veggies inside a bun aren't acceptable as a veggie burger.
