On our travels recently (21 May 2015) to Sri Lanka we stayed at the Jetwing Blue Hotel in Negombo. Visited Memories Gem Store and bought 2 lovely rings. However when we got back home and looked at our bank statement we found that Suraj (the owner of the store who seemed very trustworthy at the time of our visit) had swindled our account for the sum of 300,000 rupees (Australian $3000 over an above the true cost of our purchases). We have tried to contact him via phone and email and he refuses to respond. Suraj if you read this, please respond and rectify this ASAP otherwise you will NOT have anymore customers!!
