We went to the Liberty Plaza location and it was fine for a light bite and coffee. You can access wi-fi and the air-conditioning works well.

Food is fantastic and a nice place to spend time calmly.

Most of the table have electric sockets to power your laptops and they provide free WiFi for customers. Please ask from the staff for the password.

There is no wheelchair accessible entrance and seating.

On 13th January at 9.45am we went into the Liberty Plaza Store on 1st Floor Colombo Sri Lanka for breakfast which we have gone several time on our holidays. Every visit there were shortfalls on customer service and quality of food. This occasion on Saturday 13/01/18 we went into have breakfast and inquired if they had Eggs Benedict for breakfast the guy who stood behind the counter hardly spoke English said he will check and went to the back and never came back for almost 20 minutes while another staff member returned behind the counter and we asked him the same question and the response was the same he did not know. Then comes the third staff member who did not give and answer but took the order. After 20 minutes the orders came to our surprise the eggs Benedict was so bad my daughter lost her appetite. The two hot hot chocolates were horrible taste. The previous week we went in and asked the same things and was told no stock in the morning around 10am. I then spoke to the manager and asked how do you not uphold the Coffee bean corporate standards when you run their franchise. I also told him about the Eggs Benedict and how it was made. I then asked him how do you make the Eggs Benedict he said with Porch eggs. I told him have a look at the plate it was fried eggs with scrambled eggs and chicken ham slice with it. I was there for an early dinner and ordered the chicken lasagna and mocha ice blended drink (I think it should be coffee based, cause there were non-caffeinated drinks on the menu). The lasagna was nicely microwaved and hot, though was quite bland and the tomato sauce were a bit raw. I could not taste any coffee in my drink, but it was refreshing on a hot day. Will not recommend for a friend to go have a cup of coffee but the ambiance was relaxing and cozy for a small meet-up.

Nice place. Staff friendly. I usually frequent this place. Free Wi-Fi is available on request. Good place for a relaxing time over a cup of coffee. The staff are very friendly and you will be served soon. There is a variety of food items and the Cappuccino is really great. We tried Ice Blended. It was tasty. You can chillax and while away some time while listening to some music. You can see the Colombo skyline from inside. Recommend it to anyone.

The cappuccino really tasted like instant coffee mixed with vomit and the chocolate cake smelled like cat food and was more or less tasteless. When I was paying the guy was looking (or more like starring actually) when I was putting my pin in for the visa, even though I made a pause and asked him not too. The wifi was good though.

Ideal Place to have a casual business meeting while zipping a Cappuccino with some Snacks. Food items and Coffee price is in the higher side but still the place look good if you can afford that much for a coffee.

Visited on a Thursday! Good music, good food. place was pretty crowded, most probably because of the live singing but the crowd was quite friendly. Got a feeling the service was given as a matter of priorities. Yet probably the best place to visit if you're in a mood for a decent coffee!

Great place to relax after a hectic shopping day.. Great ambiance and comfortable sofas just adds on to the great experience. Both hot and cold beverages available along with mix of cakes and muffins

Located on the second floor of Liberty Plaza it is a great place to relax before and/or after a hectic shopping day. It provides awesome views of R A De Mel Mwth and also the inside of the Plaza.

There's a variety of fast food and short eats options available and all are equally tasty and worth every penny. However it is the coffee, tea and chocolate drinks that make it a must visit for all shoppers.

It is an ideal place to go with family, to hangout with friends and even for a date. Although the prices are on the higher end, it is worth every cent.
