Hotel is situated in a nice location adjoining the beach. The view is superb. The view from the room is excellent. Must improve a lot in customer service relativity.

I'm posting this on behalf of my father (Susantha) who isn't tech savvy. He quite enjoyed his stay at your resort, loved the food as well as the service. Except for the harsh weather, he enjoyed everything during his wonderful trip. A thumbs up for the team!

Very poor hospitality. Staff is not friendly. I've visited this place twice. Didn't have good experience both times. They don't treat well for the locals specially. They were very keen on getting the payment though.

Worm welcome. Fabulous food.clean and CALM rooms. All our events has organized perfectly as we requested. Mr. Priya Manager F&B and his team made our annual get together a memorable one.

A nicely designed hotel. Well run with very competent staff who exceed what is expected of them. Specially the receptionist, young Mr. Pravinth Logeswaran! Who handed a difficult situation far better than any other Star hotel on the island . Nice pool. Quiet. Good buffet.

This hotel is actually stands for its name when you go there you feel very relaxed and calm and forget your busy life and i must say about the staff whom are very freindly and smiling always for us to get the best comfort. Also the psikuda white sand beach its so awesome i felt like i went to maldives. And awesome view from the room and their food was delicious thank you team The Calm Resorts & Spa for giving us a wonderful experience

Stayed two nights. New hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Exceptional staff very friendly. Felt so relaxed. Nice beaches Calm sea top notch pool. Talk to food manager Abeysinghe great guy excellent customer service went above and beyond. Travelled many countries many places one of the best vacations I had. Don't forget to do a snorkeling tour unbelievable.

Nice pool with low depth(around 5 feet).
Tasty dine with sea foods and other meats but it's hard to get the veg meal options..

New accommodation. Friendly and accommodating staff. On the beach. Water activities nearby. Good food; good selection. Make sure to ask if 'Ocean View Room' means clear view of the ocean or a partial view over adjacent buildings. Readily accessible and private beach front compensates for this, though.
