  A decent place at hikkaduwa Beach, though it has no direct access to beach. Looked like it's pretty newly built and the staff too was pretty new too. Not very difficult to locate this place has some decent rooms for a good price. One major issue is its located right besides vibrations hotel which hosts parties r mining late into night with loud music. So be prepared to have you sleep disturbed if you happen to stay on a party night. It has no parking so in case you are taking your vehicle bear that in mind.

  We stayed here for 6 days. Ninlanga and Nilanta were really cool. They can help you with many things (taxi) and more. Wifi is not stable 100%, but works fine. Rooms are clean, relatively quiet in this central part of hikka.
  Breakfast is good. For the money, top notch! We feel like at home.

  Very slow wifi. Nobody is ever there at the reception. But nice clean rooms with spacious bathroom and hot water. Can use better curtains for ground floor rooms

  One of the best locations in Hikkaduwa. Nilanga and Nilantha are great hosts and very helpful. I visit the place almost every month now. The place has become my home. Good luck guys.

  This place is the best. I spent 1 night with my sister and will come back next week to stay 3 weeks. Its close to the beach (with 3 surf spots for every level). But its also quiet (the hotels on the other side of the streets are 20 meter closer to the beach but also very close to the street and loud. The best about the place is:
  - it is clean (so many hotels in sri lanka are not. I saw many and often the floor is not swiped and everything is dusty)
  - it is newly renovated
  - the bathroom is awesome (new and hot water works!)
  - the bed is comfortable (big matress)
  - there is a fridge that works
  - the balcony is awesome
  - the owner is nice and trustworthy (not pushy, gentle and helpful)
  - best hotel I stayed so far in my last 2 month travel so I did not mind that the internet is not working well sometimes.
