  Let me first say, I don't normally give reviews unless they are totally deserved.
  
  We recently went on the Ramayana tour Feb 2018, from start to finish, the whole experience was seemless not a single problem, bear in mind I was traveling with three other people where one is in her mid 80, the other two in their 60's.
  
  The guide Dushan and the driver Samith need special mention, both were polite, thoughtful, professional and above all very happy and graciously helped her with the hotels and driving. The transport was clean, comfortable and quiet, the driving safe and calm.
  
  The hotels were very good, one exception which we have spoken to them about and they are likely to remove them. And one that was excellent, totally excellent.
  
  The greeting with a garland was a nice touch and surprised us all.
  
  Their manager was also very contactable and helpful.
  
  Seriously when someone gives a review they need explain why they give the number of stars they do.
  
  I really hope you read this and go with these guys because we were truly happy with the experience and it's not often you have a holiday where it just works.
  
  If you want to go just contact them. We will do so again as we are from the UK and see the rest of Sri Lanka.
