One of the finest Tea Lounges in Sri Lanka, outside Central Province. They have a wide variety of local Tea flavours you can try. From hot local ginger flavored tea to blueberry iced tea. A wide range of dishes are also there, pizzerias, crepes, waffles, bread etc. Its not located on the main road, but close to Jetwing hotels, if anyone stays in Jetwing blue or beach, this place is a must to visit. Have a small car park and their service is also excellent. 5/5.

The teas taste nice however, the shop needs to improve hygiene standards. We saw staff reuse spoons to taste test drinks made for customers.

A fun tea experience presented in a classy and charming setting, the T Lounge is worth stopping in at. It's also one of my favourite places to purchase tea. The food menu is decent, though they don't always have everything available. The WC (toilet) is clean and staff are friendly.

Wonderfull place. Cool stuff, a lot of various tea, wraps, burgers candies!!! Excellent serving. Good designed, A/C, I loved it a lot. The bill is up to you. Tea cost 300, tacos and wraps 500 I think the bill per person is around 1000. I recommend!!!!)))))

Huge dissapointment !!!

Great place concept but the service. god.
Why it is so hard to understand that good service is not to say SORYY SORRY every 2 minuts.?

This place- brought to you by a mega tea brand - apparently provides a "tea experience". If you love Starbucks but always felt it would be better if they only served tea, this is the place for you. It's a nice enough cafe. But more importantly it's also a tea shop that can help you with last minute presents! The employees are knowledgeable and will give you a range to taste if you like. I especially like their Nuwara Eliya one. Suggest going in earlyish, before it gets busy.

Nice place but got charge a huge amount of extras. 10% service charge and an extra 15% 'taxes' on top of that! Be careful!

Went in May, lovely service and was fairly quiet. Great silver leaf tea and strawberry tea. Good ambience and a relaxed space.

Exceptional quality. The only good non-chicken meat we ate in Sri-Lanka (lamb burger). Wide tea sortiment. Delicious desserts. Really quick service. Trained staff. Corresponding prices. Big minus: menu prices are without taxes (16,5%) service fee (10%), so you'll be surprised when you get your receipt.

Was in Negombo and a friend highly recommended to try the ginger tea here. Ordered the tea and waffle and the food didn't disappoint. Service however need to be improved. None of the waiters and the manager smile to the customers. And when I wanted to buy the rare tea box, the manager asked if I knew it cost 5,000 rupees, like I cannot afford to buy? Was it becos I'm Asian or maybe I'm too sensitive. Anyway I bought that tea plus other flavoured tea. Not the best experience.

T Lounge by Dilmah in Negambo is the coziest hangout in town. With indoor and outdoor seating areas, T Lounge has an amazing array of tea inspired cuisines and drinks. You can expect a very good customer service and the food quality is excellent. If you are a lover of tea, look no further than this amazing place. Good job Dilmah :)
