  Hi.
  
  I just now visited your kalutara brach to check some prices of earings. the salesman helped me to choose earings.. I didn't go to buy earings. I was inquiring prices to settle my money accordingly and go back. But unfortunately I was fed up after choosing the earing. because Salesman asked are you buying now. I told no I was looking for prices and will settle my money and come back.. I was surprised when I heard the feed back of your sales man. "If you are not buying now Y did you check these earings". All the earings also getting durt.. Is this the way you are treating your customers?
  
  normaly I'm buying jewelries from a Muslim shop and Raja Jewelries.. But I went your shop beacuse I didn't want give money to that muslim shop beacuse um sufering from this current situation of this country..
  
  You lost one customer beacuse of this reason. And I hoped to arrange all my wedding jewelries from you which is coming next year. But I will never buy jewelries from you hereafter and I will never recommend SWARNAMAHAL for any one.
  
  Muslims getting business than you because they treat their customers very well. Sinhaleis don't know how to keep their customers.. Today I got to know why Kalutara branch is evrey day looking empty.. That is because they think that customers are depending on them.. they have not understood the Truth..
  
  You are depending on customers. If customers are unhappy like me. you will never achieve you company Goals.
