Poor customer service specialy front office and still don't have POS machine pay in card.cash notes are the best way to speread covid.use traditional payment methods

Very bad experience. No car park. No Drinking water customer area. No A/C. ගෙවන මුදලට සරිලන සේවාවක් නොමැත. දුරකථනයෙන් කතා කරන විට පාරිභෝගිකයන්ට ගරු කිරීමක් නොමැත. ඔසුසල් සේවාව කාලය කා දමන ස්ථානයකි. වැසිකිළි අපිරිසිදුය.

Very bad service provided.staff ignore patient"s needs and do what they want than what is actually needed to do.i had very bad experiences in many times during my pregnancy.hence i went for another channelling center for my delivery.yesterday i went to visit a peadiatrician.there also i wait for more than 2 hours with my 20 days old baby.staff said doctor went to the hospital amd is coming withing 1/2 hr and so on till 2 hours.we were totally disappointed and i requested my payment back.they paid me.MOST FUNNY THING IS I MET THE SAME DOCTOR WHO WENT TO HOSPITAL AT ANOTHER MEDICAL CENTER OF TOWN AT THE SAME TIME AND I GOT MEDICINE. I direclty blame the muslim lady at the reception for her worst and worst service ever.since lats 10 yrs i went to suwana.but yersterday our whole family decided never go there again.sorry.

One of best private hospital in chilaw. Usually Heavy crowded. Prices are moderate. Specialists are available. It's better if you can call them and channel a doctor before you go there.
