It was very pathetic to see a hospital behaves in this manner during the pandemic.
I was there at the hospital for a doctor's appointment and during the pandemic, I didn’t see the hospital is following up on safety measurements. No one-meter distance was there. From the cashier point to the patients waiting area no social distance was practiced or proper safety measurements were taken.
Management is keen on earning money only not looking to build a sustainable business I guess.
The doctor's appointment was at 4 and the doctor came at 5:45 PM. No one cares about their customer's time. If you want you to come and get it done. But pay me. That’s the attitude.
Nurses aren’t supportive at any cost. My experience is by going to a General hospital patients can get a better service and experience.

Call answering ladies never support to customers. They cut phone call before fulfilling customer's need. Horrible expirence. Had several times.
Need to teach them what the customer satisfaction is and how to deal with customers for all staff

Today I had a severe stomachache with vomiting
They attended quickly at the opd and started treatments then and there
The opd Lady Dr was very kind along with other staff
What the remarkable I saw these people were they keep on telling my wife the amounts we had to pay for their treatments which I had never saw in Srilanka
The charges were around 3000+ compared to the treatments I got very reasonable

The hospital looks clean but doctors' punctuality is zero and the hospital doesn’t have a clear mechanism to inform doctors' arrival time to the patients. Supporting the nursing staff's attitude is wrong.

Waited for a hours time and when the doctor arrived supporting nurse came and requested to buy some medicines urgently. Unfortunately, the hospital pharmacy is out of stock and had to go out and purchase the same.

I hope the management will look this kinda small stuff very seriously.

Leading private hospital in Anuradhapura. Even some valuable tests are there.
But the thing is their staff service is very bad. Receptionists also don’t care about their patients.
Today i was in the chair near the 07th room. I asked them, could you turn the channel into cricket channel. But they ask around who were watching cricket and stayed their seats. No one came to turn the channel. It still casts tamil channel. First of all tell me why because TV is there?
