Horrible. We've booked the whole house in advance, but when we came the housekeeper said that he can give us only a room. No fridge, no kitchen, no door (just cloth), no table. The owner denied to talk with us.

Very friendly staff. They waited for us when we arrived late. I would recommend this place if you arrive late at the airport. Nice basic rooms with fan, and good breakfast in the morning.

Nice place, clean, the manager is very nice too. Big room, the good place to spend one or to nights when you arrive in negombo. It's very near the airport (don't pay more than 1000 ruppiah for a taxi /tuk tuk / van, 700 it s the good price i think depends of night or day time also, if it s not possible, go out of the airport, it s easier to negociate)

Nice homestay after arrival or before departure. It is near the airport and quiet place. Sitting and breakfast on the terrace was very nice. The housekeeper was really friendly and helpful.
