Bought many products. At home found four didn't work.I took the products in their original packing without a scratch mark and told them what happened.They refused to do anything saying that the products didn't carry a warranty.

Maybe they don't know that SL laws prevent the sale of goods without a warranty.Some lawyers/law makers, kindly enlighten them, please.

Purpose of the rating is solely to write a note of thanks to all those who've commented here.
Was planning to purchase an oven from these guys but thanks to all your comments I'm gonna check elsewhere. I would have also ended up with a cheap, used Chinese product had it not been for all these comments! Thanks again people :)

Hi All, Dont ever buy these products. This shop is selling damaged products. I dont give any stars for this shop. Star given only to add this review.
When you return them you cant get any other product instead of them. And also you will be fired from the shops management.
This is my experience.
I purchased air sofa bed worth of LKR 9490/- from the above shop on 10th July 2017.
At the time of purchasing I asked the sales girl to show the product by filling air.
The girl said they cant break the packing and if there is any issue to return the product.
I went home and fill the air to the product and noted there is a small hole in the sofa bed and I emailed to the shop that i need to return this when I noted it.

11/07/2017 - Morning i went to the shop and
a) Asked to give me refund. - They said no refund.
b) Asked to give me any other product - They said i cannot take any other product instead of this. I asked several times and the manager said only No.
c) They said they can replace the product with a new one contacting the product company.
I agreed and asked to deliver it to my address as I was not able to visit again and again - You know their answer is No and they cut the phone.
They wont agree to customer and they will give another damaged product im sure.
My question is , is this is the service a customer is expecting after we return a damaged product.
I devoted my time, my travelling cost and all to handover and they are asking again to come and collect.
I totally believe that since it is a shops mistake they should deliver it to me.
This is first and last visit to this shop of mine and I will not recommend this shop as a good place to buy products.

Bought a heat gun and used it only twice and not working, in span of 2 weeks. Called them said no warranty!! Big rouges this company is. Better not buy anything from them. They get down all knockoffs from China at a throw away price without warranty. Stay away. Better pay a bit more and buy from a reputed company with warranty.

This sites sells used or damaged products, price is a little less than other sites!!! And do not change or refund the faulted item.. Don't ever buy products from this site!

If you wish to buy quality products please don't go to this place. Almost all products are fake. You will have to visit them so many times for claiming warranty.

If spending a little more and buying at a different place is what it takes, by all means do it. The products are either cheap knock-offs/fakes, or used items repacked as new. No after sales service and good luck if you ever have to claim any warranty. The staff is cold hearted, and when you talk to the manager you'll instantly understand from where it comes from. Avoid!
