  A Buddhist monastery focused on meditation. Meditation sessions are conducted regularly by the resident nuns.
  The surrounding area is quite peaceful despite the fact that the monastery is very close by to the Negombo-Kurunegala main road, which makes it easily accessible within two and a half hours drive from Colombo.
