I have been there several times for services. Service area is clean and spacious. Service advisors are not authoritative. Staff is friendly and you may not have to waste your time. Everything is organized properly and we can plan our works accordingly.
They have a nice waiting area with required facilities.

I expected this establishment to be yet another high priced car service which rips off their customers. I was pleasantly surprised by a well organized and professional operation that was very helpful to the customer. Their service is only second to that of the authorized franchise owner of my Japanese vehicle.

not bad but sometimes takes too much time to finish the service most of the times they don't provide me the rest of the engine oil , depends on the person who takes your job, some days they do if the service advisor is good. i have complained few times to give back the remaining engine oil but they get away with lot of explaining. after the vehicle was taken inside i can never see what they are doing - that is not nice from the customers prespective.

I have a mixed feeling about this place.
Two bossy type guys who take the job are not friendly enough. They broke my air filter clip, didn’t accept and simply said we will apply some super glue. Also, they didn’t listen to their customers. They seriously need some good customer service training. That guy recommends coolant refilling. But didn’t mention in the job card.
But the service area is completely different. Very friendly staff. Specially the guy wearing purple color spectacles has done a super job. Those guys apply superglue to that clip. after taking my permission, they refill coolant even it not written in the job card. Good job guys!

Good service. There is an open area you can rest until your vehicle is delivered to you. However, they will call you half an hour before your vehicle is ready to take. So you can handover the vehicle and go to work. Roughly full service can take up to 3.5-4.5 hours.
Most importantly, if you can wait you can see your vehicle in each and every section of the service (cleaning, washing, oil changing etc.) Fully transparent service.

After my horrible experience I’ve had from Kadawatha sterling centre, I decided to visit this place. Key features are..

1. This is a small place which will get very busy. Therefore book at 8 am. Even if you book at that time it will take four hours.

2. They take time to change the oil which is a good thing. Didn't see any unnecessary hurry. Customers can stay near the vehicle.

3. Vehicle cleaning is excellent.

4. Friendly staff.

5. Vehicle was not harmed :D
