This place is quite debatable for good service for a vehicle, of course a fantastic customer care, but the trustworthyness of the expertism of vehicle care is a question mark, very expensive spare parts, but don't forget those are genuine.

Need to book a slot in advance. I have seen they are quite rude to latecomers. Quick service but the downside is they don't do a proper cleaning. Relatively more expensive.

Terrible service. they just wash as they have to do it they have no sense and i had to show them the remaining dirt on the body after the body wash finally there was a dent and scratch mark on the front door which was definitely happened during the service careless service i would have rate this zero stars if possible advice not to go Ja-ela

Reliable. They once broke my oil sump, then handled it professionally, but charged (they shouldn't have, but I took it on behalf of the poor guy, Stafford is known to prefer money over being human)

Having said that, still about 2x reliable & quality service than other places, that's why I'm keep coming.

Well organized from the booking itself. During the service a team continuously keep attention on a single vehiclemeans they finish the service quicker..it took less than 3 hours for my last serviceGood use of time.
You cannot bring yourself any engine oil or any other material, you have to buy every single item from them at a pretty high costLabour charges are high tooThat happens when you meet the authorized dealer
After the service, engine bay was very shiny with a highly oiled surface but I'm not sure it is advisable to use that much of oil which can lead to stick dust and dirt..specially for hybrid engines

Not overly crowded as the other Stafford Service Centers. This means, you don't have to be on a long wait list to get your service done. Further since the rush is low, they don't need to hurry and finish the job, so they do a pretty good job in terms of service, giving good attention to quality.
