Went yesterday for the first service of my VEZEL. 2 hours n 10 mins for the service to be exact.
They had a proper way for getting the job done without a delay. Very small waiting area but nicely maintained (with tea n coffee).
I used google maps to find the place, not easy to find. Kind of hidden inside so no one would find you there even if you come for the service!
However the premises, staff, service & customer care should have been better, no match for Toyota.
All in all job done well with very reasonable charges, I’m impressed.response / report this review -

Vehicle was maintained by Stafford all this time. But when I put the vehicle for a wash to a normal service station, I was told that my Air filter was not cleaned over a year. However my service records indicate that Stafford has cleaned it. So I have serious doubts on their service standards

I am visiting this place since five years once every few months to get car service done. Overall I am satisfied with their service. Never came across any issue after service or few quick fixes.
There is a customer waiting area inside the building can access by the lobby, small room but serve the purpose. Couple of years back vehicles queueing for repairs and I had to make the appointment few weeks before for the service but now it is not so busy.response / report this review -

Simple and straightforward. You will not see a long queues of customers here since they come, get done there work quickt than any other service center and go. So the facilities for customers are also not that well. But that's ok.

Went there about a week ago for the purpose of buying a spare part for my car.
Overall it was a good and fast service. (Even though I had to wait for an hour an half due to a delay of a bank transfer)
The customer waiting area is right in the corner of the office complex and the manager kept yelling almost the whole time.
Free wifi and a coffee maker was missing in the customer lobby though 😉

No sufficient space available, spare parts prices are very high. Due to improper installation of head light bulb I have to replace whole the headlight unit of my vehicle. No proper supervision and detailed services as Toyota Lanka does. Though they are the agents Honda HMMF oil is not available with them. Furthermore small parts like light sockets, waterproof light wiring, fuel fill cap cable is not available with them. They do not replace engine oil pan drain plug O ring at service though the manuals recommends.

Good service, and good facility for waiting but do not maintain enough spare part stock therefore need to wait few weeks to replace the items if that is out of stock.

Good on services but getting in to the place is a disaster since the road in front of the facility is very busy and crowdy.. they had good customer caring but I think with the time it has decreased.There are good staff members but very few of them don't care about the customers. If you want a service book ahead of the time since sometimes it's bit difficult to get an appointment
