This is an average facility place, where people can have rooms starting LKR 400 to LKR 2,400 max. Average and low facilities. No tv, wifi and AC. This is suitable for local people who looking for cheep rooms for a one night's while there trip. Not recommended for foreigners.not a place to be relax. Only for a stay at night. But very safe place due to sri lankan police.

Buddhist temple. at the same time this temple teach Buddhism to apprentice Monks. more than 100 apprentice monks learn Buddhism in this temple. at the same time this temple. provide lodging to local pilgrimages who travel to Anuradhapura. in middle of temple there is large meditating posture lord Buddha statue. that is visible from outside of the temple. Nice place to visit

It is close to Sri Maha bodiya.not Veri spacious.every thing jammed packed and do not have the calmness of a temple.rooms are cheap but not very comfortable and maintenance and cleaning is also bad. You can get a chance to give alms to the monks a date should be reserved early.

It's a good place to stay for a reasonable price within Anuradhapura sacred city. It's situated within a walking distance to Ruwanweli seya, Sri maha bodhiya & Isurumuniya temple. Prices are extremely low & they are providing a service beyond money. Staff & the monks of the place are very helpful & friendly. The place is secured by police officers & civil security defense officers, therefore it's very safe. The temple itself having beautiful shrines,buddha statues, Dageba & Bodhiya. If you are staying in the morning you can participate for buddha puja & thewawa. The thing you should remember is you have come to the place before 11 pm because the gates of the temple are closed by 11 pm.

This review is for the rest house facility offered by this place. Affordable prices but the rooms are in average condition. we took a family room (without AC) with 4 beds for 2000LKR. All rooms have attached bathroom+toilet, the bathroom was clean and functional. The room has a single ceiling fan. Beds have mosquito nets, rooms are filled with mosquitoes

Good place. There is a big pririven(buddhist monk school) If you are a traveller, then can arrange to stay there. Reasonable prices and can select various categories. There are single,double,triple rooms and holes(for large amount af travellers) to stay. And also they provide facilities to make foods.

One of the best place to spent night or more when pilgrimage to Pooja Nagaraya. Reasonable prices. Categorized rooms, halls according to facilities. Parking available. Facility to prepare meals.

Good place for a family or group. Cost also reasonable for a normal budget trip. Better if you could bring bed sheets and pillow covers.
