Amazing place enriching the facilities of telecommunications. But unfortunately sad to say the place has very poor servicen with a ton of waiting time. But it surely might be due to the large amount of customers but from my point they should increase there workforce in such work stations.

I went to resolve a issue with a CDMA phone. Even during the COVID19 travel restrictions, there service is appreciable. Quick and very friendly service at the CDMA maintenance section.

They got a good system. But according to my experience between two visits that good system is a reason I had to wait for a very long time. staff should become more energetic. It's slow very slow. But overall I can rare this with a B++++

Located in a very busy area. Place is crowded all the time despite weekdays or weekends. Place is clean, well organized and air conditioned. Staff is helpful and experienced. As you enter you will find the main office and at the back of the office you can find the service center. The main office focus on documentary work and the service station mainly works technical issues.

Parking spaces are available for customers.
