Extremely rude & unoleasant front desk service. Refuse to give change after paying & makes a statement "we dont keep coins here" treats you as if you have intruded his home & not as a customer. Have been going regularly for years now but wouldnt keep a step inside for such service again & wouldnt recommend to anyone either.

Extremely unprofessional!! The worst experience in my life. All the equipment and towels were dirty. The guy didn't know how to handle hair and damaged it. And instead of dark brown he bleached my hair (later found that too much Hydrogen Peroxide in the color mix been the reason). The manager refused talking to me via telephone to receive my complain. I had to go to another salon later to get the hair colour fixed, but the damage to the hair was beyond repair. Clear signs of a failing and collapsing business!

Very rude on the phone, couldn't get the prices properly. Increased the price from 1000 to 1200 each for hair and makeup which is very weird

The Hair saloon- Consider change of some of the seatings inside. Spa- only used once but they do a good job- Sorry to say I won't visit the Spa since No 3G or 4g or wifi coverage.
