The doctors are okay. No issues with the the consultation fees and treatment fee. Expensive yes. It's up to the treatment type and the technology they have. But it comes to booking and payment. That don't have any online facility to pay by card. It's boring to come here and make the booking.

Dr. Upendra is a complete scam. He may be a recognized doctor but his intentions are to make money. I went there for a dry skin situation and he never diagnosed the reason for my disease. He seemed well aware of the situation yet never gave a genuine opinion as to why the disease arises and possible cures in preventing. He prescribed some very expensive moisturizing products that are exclusive which I only had to buy from the pharmacy next door to his clinic. I'm pretty sure regular products would have also treated me well yet he prescribed the highest expensive products and insisted I took them. The products were nothing special to the ones you find in the market.
I visited a skin specialist to get a genuine health opinion on the reasons for my disease and to know how I should maintain my skin, not to get ripped off due to my sickness. Very unethical.

Horrible place to get cured.

Dr.upendra de silva completely destroyed my life. I had used some high chemical creams over the past years that has been prescribed by him and now my face is fully damage. Now I have to get $$$ worth of treatments to cure my scares.

In my age, many friends had same acne problem, but most of them cured it without any single scaring. But my face Oooo god I have no idea what i have done to myself. Dr. Upendra de silva and Dr Kandapillai Satgurunathan perfectly ruined my life.

Ladies and Gentle men, If you're having pimples or acne, please do not go to any Dermatologist in Sri Lanka. Because they need money to live a luxury life. So definitely they wont treat you completely, because if we get cured at 1st attempt then, there won't be a necessity of second treatment, right?

Therefore, treat acne by yourselves (diet or Essential Oil (Tree tea), or "Google it") or go to Ayurvedic treatment. Yes it might takes time, but damn sure, results are ever lasting, nothing like this dermatologist's medication.

One more thing, there are plenty lot of people get paid to write Fake reviews. So, do not fall into the trap.

Be Smart and research more, and during the consultation if you found any lies, don't think twice, just stay away from those buggers. Because, I'm pretty sure It will never gonna make you happy at the end.

The first time I've been to this clinic and it's gonna be the last with dr.upendra. I had to waste alot of money because of his lack of understanding about the difference between chickenpox and pimple effects. Im very disappointed with him and very sad to experience such kind of a situation from a well recognized doctor. It's a shame tbh.

I wish there could be more privacy when they do the laser hair removal treatment, especially if you want to get it done in the bikini area. There should be a separate room with only one or two people attending to the patient's needs. And I hope they learn to sound more professional in the near future.

Terrible - leaving aside their unacceptable customer service, they just ruined my face. I went so that I can completely cure the pores in my face. The doctor recommended an fcr. Now I have pimples all over my face, scars, N my pores have widened. The creams doesn't seem to work either. I regret not going to my previous therapist (she may not be a dermatologist but it was her treatments that cured me). I expected more from a dermatologist.

Dr. Upendra De Silva is quite good. His treatments showed me faster results. The medicine prescribed by him are comparatively expensive though. It is better if the staff at the Skin Clinic learns to be little polite to the customers.

Very bad service. Guys please don't go to this place. I had a surgery, I initially inquired them on the cost of the service. They didn't disclose the cost and they overcharged me. The Doctor was very abrupt and what they do is just mint money by providing a service of bad quality. Just giving you all a heads- up.
