😞 My recent visit to Siyasi Hospital left me deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism and competence displayed by their staff.
⏳ Patients are forced to endure long waiting times, as doctors prioritize private conversations over attending to their medical needs.
🌡️ Despite the sweltering heat, the hospital failed to switch on fans, leading to discomfort for patients and visitors alike.
💸 Settling bills proved to be another ordeal, with staff engrossed in their private conversations and providing empty receipts without essential details, like patient name/ doc name/ date/ seal, making insurance claims impossible.
🚫 Inaccurate channelling times, absence of card payment facilities, and poor maintenance further added to the negative experience.
⭕ This falls far short of the standards expected from a private hospital, with doctors consistently running behind schedule and basic amenities like clean washrooms neglected.
👎 Hoping for a swift overhaul of the system, but personally, I won't be returning to this NEVER AGAIN.

Please, this is not my negative comment. But I would like to share this over here.
A few days ago, I wanted to book an appointment with Mr. Doctor (No need name) in this regard I reached out your reception for my reservation. As per them, 1st off all, the payment should be done for the reservation. This sound was really very sad to me, because it is 40km distance from your hospital to my house. Hence, 1st I should come for the reservation payment. Then the 2nd time I should come for my consultation with doctor. This is a total waste of our time, money & all.
Instead, you could provide an account number and we can deposit and verify while booking our reservation. It could be easy for all your customers (Specially those who coming to you from far)
Again, I would like to say that this is not my negative comment. Same time hoping this system might change as soon as possible.

Inaccurate channelling times. No card payment facility (can't believe in a place like this). The premise is not maintained well.
2 Stars because hundreds of people have to wait in the lobby area for hours with no air conditioning or fans with all windows shut.Very bad experience.I've seen people complain about it and they haven't done anything for weeks.Wash rooms don't seem to be cleaned often.

Dear Patients,
Do not visit this hospital 🏥. They are only concerned with the income which they are about to receive from the patient. They do not care whether the patient is healthy enough or not. They will even treat an already dead person as well. I visited there with a broken nose. What they did is that they examined me from the opd and later on got some xrays and transferred to the further reference from a specialist (surgeon).
In the hospital my nose again came to bleed and I asked a nurse for some ice but they did not even have that at least. The surgeon did not prescribe any medicines for my nose. What he did is that he didn’t even look at the Xray and told my mom to admit me to the hostpital and be supervised for 24 hours. After that when we told him that we will come to the hostpital if anything happens he didn’t even prescribe medicine. These are the kind of thieves we should expel them from the society.

Good clean hospital number 12 on list to see physician took 90 minutesnurses seemed like junior staff with few experienced ones to facilitate things.
Ask to remove shoes to enter doctor rooms and other rooms. It is very bad. Risk for our health. But nurses and staff wear shoes.
Very clean and patient friendly hospital with all the facilities like Intensive Care Unit, Labour Room, Operation Theater, Pharmacy, Wards, 24hour functioning Out Patient Department and Channeling Center.. with a friendly staff
Also has ECG facilities, Xray and laboratory facilities

Appreciate if the cashier available in pharmacy. Poor customer service. Reception should be more kindful to customers. Reception counter also needed to be expand.
