  Situated near Kubalwela Junction, few meters on Badulla road. There you can see the name board for Mahamewna Asapuwa. You have to go 4km from there to the Siri Indika Saman pagoda.
  It is on a top of a hill. No busses, but you can hire a took took or drive your vehicle to the Mahamewna Asapuwa. It is very calm place. Some times the whole mountain is covered by the mist. Other times you can watch a large area down there.
  I visited while constructing the pagoda. But i like to visit the place again and again till and after fully construction.
