Founder vice chancellor of the University of Ceylon alas present University of Petadeniya. Also, he was expert of the constitutions of various countries. so, he form the 1948, Ceylon constitution (Sri Lanka). Finally, he wrote his auto biography under the title of 'Road to Kandy'.
