This is the address provided by Open International University of Complementary Medicine OIUCM. It's a sham university and there's no "university" as such, recognized by Sri Lankan law or any other for that matter. If you're here you will find that there is nothing like that around. It's Asia's largest "diploma mill" with touts selling degrees all over the world. Every year, they hold some sham convocations to hand out some printed certificates that have absolutely no value. Its so-called "degrees" are banned by Pakistan's Higher Education Commission and India's University Grants Commission.

Registered address of Asia's largest diploma mill. It could well be the World's largest degree mill. After Anton Jayasurya's demise, when we all thought that we'd see a decline in the number of fake degrees, a Pakistani man took it upon himself to bring the "Open International University of Complementary Medicine OIUCM" back to life. In spite of bans by India and Pakistan, warnings from major universities and labs, the constant war waged by scientists, academicians, and researchers worldwide, in spite of all efforts, the fake university is thriving, thanks to a large number of fakers who want this to be kept afloat. The Sri Lankan govt is barely concerned about such sham universities run on their soil and might be happy as it brings revenue while giving back a printed piece of paper - their worthless degree certificate. While the Lankan govt has written back to major govts and universities, confirming that OIUCM is indeed not recognized, it has refrained from curtailing its activities. More bothered about the bottom line perhaps! Anyway, welcome to Scamville, "Doctor"!
