A good place to buy electronic stuff. They have range of electronic products. Also prices are fair. Range of prices also available with range of products. Some products are not in good quality and some of them need to be wipe every day. Customer care is good and supportive. Big space available inside. But space for walk and check products are not that much.
Parking space available here, but not that much space. No wheelchair accessible entrance or wheelchair accessible parking available here.response / report this review -

The customer care and service is absolutely impeccable. The manageress of the store is extremely professional and customer care oriented. So, I will at any time recommend this establishment to anyone. Keep up the good work Singer and HAPPY SELLING.

A Singer showroom that mainly showcases electronic items. There are a few furniture and household items too on display.
Loads of TVs, mobile phones, fridges washing machines and other kitchen electrical items to choose from.
Singer, Sony, Samsung, Beko, Hoover, Sisil and Huawei are some of the brands you will see here.
There's ample parking and the showroom is quite easy to locate. The showroom itself is much smaller than some of their other outlets but once you go inside it doesn't have that cramped, packed feeling.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the manageress goes out of the way to make sure the outlet seals a deal and the customer gets a good deal too.
If you're strapped for cash then ask them about their installment schemes. You can pay monthly and also get the discount they advertise on almost all items. They will not hesitate to inform you on any special promotions too.
All in all a good experience surrounded by high tech, up to date products.
Anothef good thing about these showrooms is that if you spot something you want in one outlet but is not available in the one which is in your hometown, no big deal, just inform them and they will get it down for you wherever you need it to be delivered.
It's true that their competitors also provide similar facilities but at this Milagiriya branch you will find that getting things done your way, tends to be a lot easier.response / report this review -

Absolutely the worst place to buy your goods. They will treat you like animals after you purchase from them. I brought a Beko 4 burner hob from them but never delivered until for 7 days until I called them even they said it's not delivered to them yet. Then I visited the showroom and it picked it the same day which they lied to me saying it's not delivered. Then asked why u didn't inform me and the reply was no current (power supply) to call to inform us. It's a shame for singer to keep these kind of people in their showrooms whom doesn't know how to treat people all they said was to complain the chairman there not scared. All of them treated me infront of my pregnant wife. Stupid morons I will surely complain Beko head office aswell.

Very poor service from the Manager and Staff of this branch. We purchased a sofa set from them. It had a defect which I noticed and informed them on the same day they delivered it to our home. I visited their branch more than 5 times and called them over the phone more than 10 times to get that repaired or exchanged. One year passed, but still they didn’t take any action. Poor attitude from Manager. They are behaving like we brought the items for free.
