Nice and quiet atmosphere. Friendly owner and close to the beach. Clean cabins, yet do realize without aircon, the wooden cabin gets pretty hot (especially in April).

Buona cosa la spiaggia relativamente vicina (presente una scorciatoia da fare a piedi, che peró sconsiglierei nelle ore notturne) inoltre troppe zanzare ed insetti di ogni genere soprattutto in bagno. Manca un condizionatore: solo con la ventola (rumorosa) si soffre un po il caldo. Almeno è presente la zanzariera sul letto. Cucina molto molto buona, ma altalenante. Prezzo buono ma non eccelso se rapportato con la concorrenza nella zona.

Basic, but quite comfortable. Hosts very helpful. Neighbourhood can have some rural noise, but part of the charm. Earplugs are helpful though

We reserved a cabana on booking the day we were arriving at Uppuveli. When we got there the owner told us he had forgotten to close the calendar so had to put us in a just finished cabana that was on the neighboring patch of land behind a wall. The cabana itself was perfect but still lacking finishing touches, no trash can, place to put toilet paper roll, mirror on the floor, some unfinished surfaces, no hooks or shelves for clothing. You could tell that it's gonna be really nice though. The biggest problem for us was the area around, which had no plants, just an empty lot and the wall to look at. The wall would be going down eventually once the building is finished.As this was our last place of the trip we decided to look elsewhere. The owner was very nice and gave us some suggestions. The place will surely be amazing once it's done. 5min to the beach.

Very cozy place, good beds, no cockroaches, very nice and friendly owners, still and at the same time close to restaurants and the main road. Definitely recommended.
