The service is good but the sales reps were not well knowledgeable about the Bose products as much. However they were quite friendly and helpful. The product display is not the best for brands like Bose. It needs to be more Tasteful and attractive to the clients. Not the most prime location for such a brand.

The only authorized dealer on" BOSE" and only place where they does repair BOSE in sri Lankan. Don't get caught to other illegal seller .And they are one of the authorized dealer on Sony products .

Sony agent for a very long time. There is a superb repair center, which is popular for Sony TV repairs. But they only accept the models that they import because they say they don't have parts for other models. (But why can't they just expand their business so that they can support some other popular Sony models?)

Quality original prices. Their service center is very helpful. I bought a Bose headset from them and they had a loose connection after a month of use. They immediately replaced the headsets with a new one free of charge. Very helpful staff.
