Terrible irresponsible service..

Terrible service, only one staff(rude lady). Shop assistance didn’t come down from stairs (date 20th Jan at 11:45am) to assist any clients. She was addressing customers from upstairs. She didn’t care of the sale at all. never step in to this shop again and never recommend this place..

They have some pretty flower arrangements but the flowers begin to droop and wilt quickly. Also quite expensive compared to their competitors.

I would like to commended and thank for thé service offered to me via FB by yr extra ordinary colleague Mr Indrajith. Very responsive n understands thé needs of the customer. Quality is first but customer service wins it all. My demand was challenging m his advises were tremendous. I Will surely visit yr borella store n get it done. Hope i get a chance to meet this wonderful gentleman. I am a perfectionist and Shiro hana ties up with it CoZ of Mr Indrajith. Wish u and all yr families a happy n preethi Vesak. Thank u again. The worst flower shop that has existed on earth. I am surprised it still does. I ordered flowers for my Wife - A dozen Red Roses in a vase. Finding a Vase was a challenge to begin. Old burnt flowers were delivered with not a drop of water with the outer leaves already burnt. Ad to the misery the message and the bill attached to it.

Truly disappointed with the delivery - as what was sent was not what was ordered !! Having learnt from friends that they have a reputation for doing so - I checked with my friend who received the flowers to find out to my disgust that a cheaper bunch and completely different color scheme had been delivered with the right message of course. (Ordered Hydrangeas as they were sympathy flowers). To be fair they did send out the right order once I pointed out the mistake - but the whole point and trust I placed with them has been damaged forever. The store does sell fresh flowers as long you buy them yourself !!
