Bakery and pastry shop. Also has a spread of meals. Great for budget conscious quick meals. This eatery has now been superceded by many others competing on the same vein. However if you need to be satiated in a comfortable and clean atmosphere try it.

One of the best restaurants in two story building. First floor for bakery items. Top floor for cooked items. Sufficient seating capacity. Fresh smoothies are available here. Quality and very clean service.

Food is generally over priced and lacks quality. Cheese koththu is a rip-off. Tables are wobbly, air conditioning poor and general ambience is quite bad.

This is a very busy crowded restaurant. The food is not as good as at the Sen-Sal on Havelock road. However, the location is convenient. You can dine in or get food for take away. They make several types of good bread such as banana bread. They have several types of cakes and muffins as well.

Very good service. The staff was attentive during the busy hours also. The food was good as well. Today a pregnant lady fainted and the female staff member immediately rushed to console and comfort her. Nice to see these kind of staff members with higher human qualities.

The place is nice, and attractive. The Restaurant staff values their customers. The upper floor has a calm environment. It's one of the few decent places around Navala area to drop-by again.

Once a good place has become a horror dream. Building is not maintained at all, once broken keep it broken. Staff is not trained properly. Once an order is placed it will not be delivered unless followed it up few times.
First floor restaurant is like an oven, no air conditioning at all. Even staff admits the uncomfortable hot condition but they too are helpless. Cleanliness of washrooms is absurd, disgusting ambience and damaged bathware.
The only reason this place getting business is non availability of a good alternative place nearby.

I went to Nawala branch today with 5 of my friends. There was no air condition and it was too hot inside. Therefore we went to a small outside area in the middle , but the chairs and tables were not clean there. Even the service was not up to the standard. We had Chocolate moose which was disgusting in flavour. Wash rooms were not clean. We paid for 4 biscuit puddings and they didn't serve them. Once we asked, they said all were sold out what they didn't mention before we pay. Not worth for the money we pay. I can't recommend the place to anyone.

Good place. Upstair restaurant is good to have quick lunch, dinner or snack. They have bakery food and sweets. Average price. Wash room need to be upgrade.

A reasonably good place for main meals as well as snacks in Nawala area. Though new restaurants keep coming up in this bustling area Sensation is continuing to be a preferred place. Generally, there's adequate parking though taking the car out of the parking lot to the main road is a bit of a hassle - one often has to reverse on to the main road. You can dine in upstairs. You can also take out /away packed lunch or dinner from upstairs. You can choose from a limited number of menus.

The food was lavishly served and for dessert we ordered waffles and orange juice. I wouldn't recommed the waffles but the orange juice was on point. Should say for the price we paid the food was worth it.

Good food, bit expensive for the type of food but they have a lot of selection. Ordering takes a bit of time sometimes due to the cashier doubling as a worker serving the food. Good clean environment and friendly staff.

This was a 5 star place earlier with superb food but now things are different. Food is not good at all and the place is not decent as before. I think the management should take corrective actions to make it the old good place.

Now they provide better parking. There is a free lot behind the building.

Slow customer service. Food not tasty l. Don't know how to prepare even a fruit juice. Dishes not served hot. Was cold as ice. Experienced three times. Will never step in again.

Best sensal out of all I have been To. Why because they have enough space for a large group and clean as well. Enough car parking space. Enough space inside. Their food is good not great just good.

Good collections of different types of buns, breads and hand made chocolates and cookies They have a separate dining area in upstair and serve different verities of rice, salads and fruit juice They undertake special occasion cake arrangements as well.as a customer who visit them frequently, I would recommend this place to anybody for an average decent meal

Worst service ever staff don't care about their customers socially staff behind the counter. Food quality is poor too for the price you pay. You'd expect food good buy you get is plane food, warning to everyone who think this place ace is good. Its fake hype don't get caught spend yoyr money at a worth while place these people didn't care about you
