Very crowded during season (August to February). Place is visited by all religious people. Some form of money collection is going on (to build a temple). It is considered good to have a bath on Manikka Gangai (the River next to Temple), though it is highly polluted. No privacy for men and women, good if the authorities build up some dressing places for women.

When i go there some parts of its under construction and its look really nice .place is beautiful.people are warmly welcoming and helpful.there is a river along side the kovil and they said that once a year the whole part will flooded and after the water is gone ,they have found many kinds of litter crafts and hand craftings of gods.it is specially known place for a famous palm reader wich is i think actually shes good at that.nice place.many people visit here to worship and to get read their palms..
